1 c vegetable oil
1 ½ T dill weed
½ tsp garlic powder
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Original
2 pkg Oyster crackers

Heat oil and spices.
Pour over crackers.

Ingredients
1 8-ounce package crescent rolls
Olive oil
1 can tomato or pizza sauce
Grated oregano
1 8-ounce package Mozzarella cheese, cut into ½” thick squares

Pastry brush, for brushing olive oil on dough
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Separate crescent roll dough along perforations. Halve the triangles and half again, for 32 mini triangles. Arrange on cookie sheet.
Brush each with olive oil. Add a dab of tomato/pizza sauce. Sprinkle with grated oregano. Add a square of mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 450° for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with crackers.

Ingredients
¼ lb. natural cheddar cheese, grated
¼ c margarine, softened
½ c flour
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt
2 dozen stuffed green olives

Directions
Blend cheese with margarine. Stir in flour, paprika, and salt. Mix well until a dough is created.
Mold a tablespoon of dough around each olive, covering each completely.
Arrange on baking sheet and refrigerate 4 hours (or freeze for later).
Preheat oven to 400°. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with corn chips or potato chips.

Ingredients
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
2 T milk
3 ounce package chipped beef, chopped finely
2 T minced onion
2 T chopped green pepper
Dash of pepper
½ pt. sour ½ & ½
¼ c walnuts or pecans

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients sans walnuts/pecans. Spoon into 8” pie pan. Sprinkle with walnuts/pecans.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes prior to serving.

This reheats well!

Ingredients
1 ½ T unflavored gelatin
¼ c cold water
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
¾ c chopped celery
¾ c chopped green onion
1 c mayonnaise
1 can shrimp, drained and cut up (or 1 small bag frozen shrimp, cut up)

Directions
Mix gelatin and cold water.
Add and stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into favorite mold. Chill for one hour prior to serving.

Serve with Club or Ritz crackers.

1 can shrimp, drained and cut up (or 1 small bag frozen shrimp, cut up)
½ c sour cream
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, chopped
2 T chili sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for an hour prior to serving.
Notes/Suggestion
Spread an extra tablespoon of chili sauce across the top of the dip. This adds a nice touch and tastes very good to those who like the chili sauce!

Ingredients
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
¼ c butter, softened
½ tsp celery salt
Dash paprika
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c finely chopped radishes
¼ c finely chopped onion
Directions
Mix cheese, butter, celery salt, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Stir in radish and onion.
Chill overnight.

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c chopped pecans
¼ c finely chopped green pepper
2 T chopped onion
1 T seasoned salt
¼ c chopped pecans

Directions
In medium bowl, mix cream cheese with fork. Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 c pecans, green peppers, onion, and seasoned salt. Roll into a ball.
Roll in ½ c pecans, so that the outside of the ball is covered in pecans.
Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate 1 hour prior to serving.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with wheat thins.

Prep: 10 minutes Ready In: 1 hour 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 jar cheese (Old English) spread, softened
1 stick butter
1 c flour
Prep/Equipment
Directions
Using a mixer, mix all ingredients. Roll into logroll and freeze for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer. Preheat oven to 350°.
Slice ¼” thick and bake at 350° for 5 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with wheat thins or thin table water crackers. Goes great with wine!

Prep: 10 minutes Ready In: 8 hour 10 minutes (chills overnight)
Ingredients
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 c crumbled blue cheese
1 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (or 7 oz aged Kaukauna cheddar cheese spread or “Old English” cheese)
¼ c minced onion
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 c chopped walnuts (or pecans)

Medium bowl
Medium bowl lined with plastic wrap

Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, blue cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer to a separate bowl that has been lined with plastic wrap. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, gather the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Spread the walnuts out on a dinner/serving plate. Roll the cheese ball in nuts until coated. Refrigerate or transfer to serving plate and serve immediately.
Notes/Suggestion
Aged Kaukana cheddar cheese spread makes this fabulous!
Optionally, roll in walnuts and wrap in plastic wrap, tied with a bow, before placing in the fridge overnight (step 1). Then, it’s ready to transport to anyone’s house the next day.
