Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package crescent rolls
- Olive oil
- 1 can tomato or pizza sauce
- Grated oregano
- 1 8-ounce package Mozzarella cheese, cut into ½” thick squares

- Baking sheet
- Pastry brush, for brushing olive oil on dough
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Separate crescent roll dough along perforations. Halve the triangles and half again, for 32 mini triangles. Arrange on cookie sheet.
- Brush each with olive oil. Add a dab of tomato/pizza sauce. Sprinkle with grated oregano. Add a square of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 450° for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
