Raisin Cinnamon Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c self rising flour
  • 1 c whole wheat bread flour
  • 1 ½ t baking soda
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • ¼ t ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ t cloves
  • 1 T honey
  • 12 oz can beer
  • 1 c raisins

Prep/Equipment

  • Greased loaf pan

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Stir all ingredients together. Spread in prepared pan.  No rising time needed.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes.
