Coffee Cake #5 (Ramona Swan)

Ingredients

Batter:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sour cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t vanilla

Topping:

  • ¾ c nuts
  • ⅓ c sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon

Prep/Equipment

  • Greased 9×13 pan
  • Electric mixer

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. With electric mixer, mix batter.
  3. In smaller bowl, mix topping ingredients
  4. In 9×13 pan, layer ½ of batter, ½ of topping, and repeat.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
